Currently, Ms. Del Real is retained by the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) to pilot and support new and existing leadership programs and alumni execution strategies. As the New Leadership Initiatives Consultant, she has pioneered several initiatives including her client's first ever Multicultural Leadership Program (MCLP), a nationwide program focused on building effective leaders.
She is also charged with piloting the organization’s Career Coaching program, thus making career coaching more accessible to Latino professionals that aren’t already sponsored by their employers.
Ms. Del Real has additionally orchestrated other HACE projects, including the restructuring and centralization of their auxiliary boards, made up by alumni in New York City, Houston, TX, Washington DC, and Chicago. She continues to support HACE’s expansion and growth by providing strategic support and bolstering their member network.

This year, Ms. Del Real worked alongside a small group of colleagues to launch a non-profit called the Latino Real Estate Investors Council (LREIC). The LREIC was created to offer equitable representation for housing providers across the Chicagoland area by way of advocacy, education, and opportunity. It is the only organization in the area that represents the voice of housing providers and investors regardless of its members' geographic location.
As Vice Chair of the LREIC, Ms. Del Real amplifies the non-profit’s brand by way of establishing partnerships with similarly aligned organizations, engaging in advocacy efforts with, participating in strategic planning, fundraising and establishing key strategic imperatives, and delivering webinar discussions with subject matter expertise. Ms. Del Real is passionate about real estate as an accessible vehicle for Latinos to achieve financial stability and build generational wealth.
Ms. Del Real was previously retained by the Chicago City Council Latino Caucus Foundation to spearhead the Foundation’s key strategic imperatives to achieve Latino parity/equity in areas of education, upward career mobility, and leadership development. Ms. Del Real was previously retained by the Chicago City Council Latino Caucus Foundation to spearhead the Foundation’s key strategic imperatives to achieve Latino parity/equity in areas of education, upward career mobility, and leadership development. She successfully launched the client’s first ever leadership academy through curriculum design, secured revenue streams to support 80% of the program expenditures, solidified key partnerships, and established the infrastructure to ensure growth and sustainability.
